The intake form asks for business name, website URL, customer name, WhatsApp number, main business goal, optional notes, and consent confirmation.

Why it is collected

This information is needed to confirm the order, understand the customer goal, review the correct public website, and deliver the audit.

Public website review only

The audit reviews only public website pages that a normal visitor can access. No password or private account access is required.

No confidential information

Customers should not submit passwords, private analytics, customer records, payment card details, trade secrets, or confidential internal documents.

Payment

Payment occurs through the customer's own UPI application. This static site does not process card payments or store payment credentials.

Storage

This MVP does not use a server or database. The form creates a WhatsApp message in the customer's browser.
